BioLife Biotic Plus supplies a combination of four strains of lactic bacteria, lactobacilli and bifidobacteria Acidophilus, Kefir, Bulgaricus and Bifidum Lactis live organisms known to confer benefit to the health of the digestive tract and to support the wellbeing of the immune system.
Kefir and Bulgaricus were discovered over a century ago as being organisms responsible for traditionally preserved foods such as cheese and fermented milk
Acidophilus and Bifidobacteria are amongst the most widely researched of all the micro-organisims used in foods and food supplements
To ensure the viability of these sensitive organisms, they are freeze-dried and then encapsulated and packed within a blister film that protects them from the damaging effects of oxygen and moisture right up to the moment they’re consumed. Therefore BioLife Biotic Plus does not need to be refrigerated, just store them in a temperature below 20c

Suggested daily intake: BioLife Biotic Plus
Maintenance intake: 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
Intensive: up to 2 capsules 3 times a day.
Children from 2 years old may take 1 capsule daily.
Capsules can be pulled apart and contents sprinkled into cold food or drink.
Can be taken following antibiotic use to help maintain the ecology of the intestinal microflora
